Different Egyptians wore different clothes. The poorer and the wealthier Egyptians wore different things too. The male workers wore loincloths made of animal hide and linen. Women workers wore simple tunic dresses. If they didn’t have the loin cloths or tunic dress, they would work naked.
The richer Egyptians wore long
see-through robes.
If they liked it better, the rich Egyptian would wear a wide white cloth.
Although they could afford it, they didn’t wear fancy clothes or a lot of
jewelry. But they would wear gold.
The Egyptians would rarely show off their own hair. Wigs were mostly worn. Their wigs were made either of human hair, or wool. When a special occasion came up, they would curl the wig.
Even the poor would wear jewelry. Egyptians would wear the necklaces, earrings, and rings. Their jewelry was made of either colorful beads or gold.
This is a picture of what they wore.
