Something for Nothing Chain E-mails

Something for nothing chain e-mails promise the forwarder entertainment. Usually, the promise is not fulfilled, and the forwarder is made to feel foolish. These are a form of practical jokes.

Example: If you send this e-mail to at least 10 people within 15 minutes of opening it, you will be rewarded with an adorable picture of an baby squirrel popping up on your screen! Send it on NOW! (of course, nothing ever pops up)

You should think that these chain emails do people no harm. However, 40% of the interviewees often feel annoyed and none of them felt happy! 98% of the interviewees never believed in this kind of chain e-mail and 80% of them delete it afterwards!
