94年初出道的周汶錡面如一塊大Pizza，貌似梅小惠，但女大十八變，現時周汶錡下巴尖尖又兜兜，雙眼皮又長又深，鼻樑高而挺，與昔日判若兩人，是一個標準的美人胚子。她承認自己樣貌有變化，但稱因為箍牙剝了四隻牙才令面容改變。可能因為周汶錡成功變臉，越來越多女藝人變得和她相似，到處都是她的姊妹。
李彩華五官執正
李彩華（Rain）自簽約於緋聞男友蕭定一旗下，成為「變靚D」代言人後，阿Rain的面貌便一日一日改變，昔日的baby fat完全消失，如今面形、下巴和嘴部驟眼看與周汶錡幾可亂真，恍如倒模。
胡杏兒減磅縮面
因為接拍《肥田囍事》而刻意增肥的胡杏兒，雖然未能憑「肥杏」一角於無綫台慶奪得女主角獎，但她為藝術犧牲後一度備受傳媒追捧，拍完劇變回索女的杏兒，瘦身後身形回復苗條，連帶樣貌也有改變，面形比前瘦削不少，和當年郭可盈包包面突變的效果很相似。
郭可盈神奇消脂
無綫花旦郭可盈近年被傳磨腮骨整容，選港姐時面闊闊的她帶點baby fat，但近年面部異常尖削，襯得一雙大眼睛更加大，加上消瘦身形，更顯我見猶憐，不過她誓神劈願解釋自己只是通淋巴而令面部脂肪消失。
吳文忻自嘲蠟像
吳文忻為香港史上首位明星整容代言人，遠赴韓國修葺後的她，昔日的勾鼻和闊面不復再，她主要做了削鼻骨手術，還有加厚嘴唇、打botox瘦臉與抽脂等，除樣貌比以前標致外，人氣更因此急升，登上多本雜誌的封面。不過她日前接受雜誌訪問，直指自己打得太多botox，令面容顯得僵硬，甚似蠟像。
蔡依林扁鼻忽挺
台灣小天后蔡依林整容傳聞不絕於耳，她的歌曲《看我72變》正正是她的寫照，昔日平坦身材突變G奶，以前的豬膽鼻變高，面形變尖，和變臉後的林心如十足餅印。
林心如圓眼拉長
現年31歲的林心如日前於北京出席活動時，一張粉臉似乎靜靜地起過革命，往日的豬膽鼻忽然變得尖削高聳，圓圓的大眼睛突然拉長了不少，再加上換了一個齊蔭的嶄新髮型，惹來整容疑雲，驟眼看來更以為她是荷李活華裔性感女星白靈。
白靈被當人辦
曾被美國《People》雜誌票選為最美的50個女人之一的華裔女星白靈，作風豪邁奔放，其樣貌在中國人來說不屬驚為天人，不過下巴兜兜的她在外國人眼中自有一股獨特氣質，連台灣藝人林心如近日也突然以白靈髮型示人，令在場人士無不嘖嘖稱奇。
