The above pie chart shows the image of the attractions in Disneyland, while the one at the bottom is Ocean Park's.

As a rather shocking result, half of our interviewees have a negative impression on the attractions of Disneyland. Only approximately one fourth had a positive image. As for Ocean Park, the statistics showed that nearly half – 47% - had positive comments on Ocean Park. 32% remained neutral, while 21% had negative remarks. What does this imply?

Analysis
By common sense, we can deduce that the attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland had a much longer queuing time. Furthermore, the attractions were more or less the same as those in other Disneylands around the world, such as the sleeping Beauty Castle and the Space Mountain etc. Also, as we’ve heard from the news, the scale of the attractions was small and the intensity was not enough. As for Ocean Park, many of the entertainment facilities are old, and there were only a few new attractions. In general, visitors are not quite pleased with the attractions. Despite Hong Kong Disneyland has proposed the construction of all-time-favorites (e.g. “It’s a Small World” and “Pirates of the Caribbean”) and Ocean Park has recently introduced new programs, it would be better if they concentrate more in improving their attractions as to increase the popularities of the parks.
