RODNEY MULLEN

Born August 17th, 1966, in Gainesville, Florida, Rodney Mullen is possibly the most influential skateboarder ever. Not only does he set a good example to kids by keeping a job as a college professor, he has also created numerous tricks, such as the kickflip, the heelflip, the 360 flip, and the impossible. Although his father never quite agreed to his desire to skateboard, Rodney started at the young age of ten placing 3rd in Boy’s Freestyle, gaining his first sponsor “Walker Skateboards.” And so began his infamous road to glory, tricks, and gnarly mini-ramps.
