This social commentary highlights the issue of physical accomodations for the wheelchair users taking various locations in Singapore as examples. The author brings into light the need for integration of aesthetic appeal as well as accessibility and user friendliness. Putting political correctness aside, this commentary also brings up certain flaws in the building design and the difference of intending good (for the wheelchair users) and actually successfully implementing it.
