Humans cannot go without proper sanitation and it is precisely why the problem of sanitation in public handicap toilets is such a serious issue. Many people may not know, but many of those who are disabled require clean toilets when they excrete. The lack of cleanliness in public toilets is one of the main reasons why the wheelchair bound have the habit of keeping their outdoor trips short.
Vandalism of handicap toilet facilities is also something that cannot be tolerated as it deprives a rightful user his right to them. The worst would be personals who convert handicap toilets to a room of their preference. (Eg. Storeroom, locker room, etc)
