Surveys

As we have said before, the main aim of our website is to provide information to the public and the best way to go about doing that is to be credible and honest. Therefore, we have done a survey that caters to the general population affected by this problem and hope that it helps the reader to understand the facts better.

Dear reader,

We are a group of Secondary Four students from Raffles Institution. We are currently doing a Research Education project on lung cancer in Singapore . We are researching onto the following areas :

  • Causes of lung cancer

  • Cures for lung cancer – including treatments available in Singapore

  • Level of public awareness of the death rate of lung cancer in Singapore .

We will greatly appreciate it if you can complete this survey. Thank you for your time and co-operation.

Note: If you are doing a soft copy version of this survey, just click to check the boxes or type in the boxes for open-ended questions. Then save it after doing and send it to project.work2007@gmail.com.
