Plantations in St. Kitts On this small island in the Carribean, there are a few plantations. The names are Ottley’s, Golden Lemon, and Rawlins Plantation. These were sugar plantations, but now they're not. They now are places were people are able to visit. I’ll give you some information on the plantations. At the Ottley’s Plantation there is a veranda around it. The plantation has 24 rooms. I will tell about the Golden Lemon plantation. The reason why it’s called its name is because the decorator brought a golden lemon. So they called it the Golden Lemon. Now I’ll tell you about the Rawlins Plantation. The plantation is on 20 acres on the north.
