Latin America is located south of North America and south west of Africa. Today, Latin Americans have become the largest minority group in the United States, most of who have arrived here illegally and which is now a huge debated discussion. Due to poor circumstances at home, they have traveled a long ways to the United States border to experience the wealth and freedom provided to United States inhabitants. The World Bank has helped 30 countries and about one quarter of the 534 million people live in poverty. Nevertheless, their economic situations are preventing them from becoming more developed countries.
