A New Place Of Life
From the time that she was a baby, Kelly Jackson was already living in the US at six months old. No one knew where her family was and she lived in the orphanage for a short amount of time. She was raised in Saigon by Ina and when she was on the plane to France to be adopted, her plane crashed.
Kelly was able to survive the crash but by the time she got to France, the adoption agency had closed. Later, other agencies had managed to find Kelly a home in Kent, Washington and there she lived for the rest of her life. Kelly was fortunate to have a family and to be in the US because not a lot of people can have the chance at having both things.
Kelly grew up knowing who she was and where she came from but she never knew who her parents were. Now she is on the mission of finding who her parents were, while discovering herself on the way. As an immigrant who came from Vietnam to the US, Kelly will join others with similar pasts of her own on the journey to Vietnam.
