Sega Genesis-
The most successful of the Sega consoles, the Genesis was released in competition with the SNES. The system had a hard time overcoming Nintendo’s Monopoly on gaming, but by 1992 they had seized 55% of the American market and also did well in Brazil, Europe, and Austrailia. Nintendo, however kept hold of the Japanese market.
