Defending Champs, the Miami Heat, lose opener to the Chicago Bulls by 42

 

Defending champs, Miami Heat, lose to the Chicago Bulls 108-66.

The basketball court is 50 feet by 94 feet. There are different lines on the court to regulate play.

These are a center circle, free throw lines, and three-point line.

At both end of the court is a basket, a.k.a. the goal, that is hanging from the backboard.

The rim of the basket is metal, 18 inches of diameter, and 10 feet of the ground.
