Some areas of website not displaying correctly.

Team Zealous supports the use of Open Source Software. As said in the website information section, this website is therefore optimized for Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher, an Open Source web browser. Although it should work fine in Internet Explorer (7+), some areas may not display correctly.

How does your online contact system work?

Our online contact form makes use of a PHP-script, which checks the content (for areas not filled out), and then sends the message to the Team Manager. It is then distributed among members, as needed. When a request is received, each member involved is immediately contacted. We also try to reply to message as fast as possible, but sometimes this can be very hard, for various reasons. We therefore ask you to please bear with us if do not receive a reply to your message immediately.

Why am I receiving errors when trying to send an e-mail through your online contact form?

This could be for a few reasons. First, check that you have correctly filled out each field of the online contact form. Secondly, check the error message. If you receive an error saying that the message could not be sent, the fault is on our side. Please notify a team member (see the "Team Members" section) ASAP and we will look into the problem.
