Field Trip to Ford's Theater.

Some of our team made the 410 mile trip to see the site of
the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln. The presidential box
still exists today as it did when Lincoln was shot by John Wilkes Booth
in April of 1865.

The box in which the President and Mrs. Lincoln were sitting at the time of the assassination.

The bed in which Abraham Lincoln died about nine hours after he was shot, is located in a house directly across the street.
