The Cost In Lives.

Quite often, people forget that soldiers are people who have lives. When one speaks about casualties, they are talking about injury or loss of life. The Civil War cost more Americans their lives than all other wars in the history of this country. Some of the battles stand out as especially horrific. It is amazing to think that more men died during the three days at Gettysburg, than during the almost four years in Korea.
