Meet us, the team:
- Sylvia
- Jessica
- Ashleigh
- Lauren

The Cape Peninsula, South Africa is the place we call home. We all live within 10 minutes drive of Fish Hoek bay. This bay is frequently visited by three main sharks: Speedy, who can swim a mile in a minute, Nosey, who bites the buoys in the bay, and Dopey, who lazes around the bay, cruising. With an increase in attacks in the last five years, it drew our attention that one of the reasons people were getting killed was ignorance about why they attack.
We are all 12 years old and attend Grade six at Bay Primary School. We are all interested in the wellbeing of the environment.
Sylvia: I'm the youngest in my family with an older brother and sister. I enjoy doing any type of project. I like painting, creative writing/reading but I also like logic puzzles. I do tap and modern dancing, as well as play piano and violin.
Jessica: I am ambitious and love a challange. I love animals that I know and I want to do something with animals when I'm older. I enjoy doing energetic sports like netball, tennis and ballet.
Ashleigh: I like swimming and going to the movies with my friends. I have and older sister and two dogs.
