Conclusions

Through our research of the many religions of the world, peace and love have been a central founding component to each religion.  It follows, therefore, that each religion ultimately seeks to reconcile insignificant differences for unity among all people to create a world of love.

One of the first steps to creating a world of religious peace is knowledge.  Before researching different religions,  narrow sighted prejudices took the place of actual knowledge of the religion.  Understanding the unique differences of each religion was essential to breaking through untrue preconceptions.  After exploring the religions, truth and beauty was found.  Although our personal religious traditions remain a home for our own worship, the integrity of other traditions cannot be ignored or lessened.

Peace is a goal to aspire.  In order for this dream to become a reality, people must be willing to abandon their preconceived ideas about different religions and delve into the truth and beauty each holds.  Courage to take the next step to cooperation among religions remains in the hands of individuals who desire harmony in their lives.
