Athena
was the Goddess of civilization, wisdom, weaving, crafts, and war. The olive
tree and the olive are special to her. She was the mother of Erichthonius. There
is Evidence that Athena was an owl or a bird goddess earlier in her life. She
was the favorite daughter of Zeus and Metis.
