What are Hybrid cars?
Hybrid Cars are cars that work to combine small efficient gas engines with an electrical motor. The motor starts when accelerated and is powered by automatically rechargeable batteries, which recharge as you drive.
How do Hybrid Cars Operate?
Hybrid Cars work by electrical motors. For Hybrid cars that run on compressed air, the engine will run the pistons, which then turns the wheels and moves the car forward. The compressed air only works when starting or going faster. Hybrid cars shut off when stopping during traffic to save energy then turns back on when in gear.
