There are many people to whom we owe many thanks, and I just hope that we don’t forget anyone.
First, our thanks go to Dr. Richard T. Wright, and we dedicate this site to him. We thank him for his passion for Sustainability that he has passed on to future generations. We thank him for agreeing to be interviewed, and for looking over our site for any glaring errors. We also thank him for being concerned about our planet and its future.
Jim P. — without whose help we would not be here. He helped us find a primary coach, and then to find a student who wanted to be on our team. He also lobbied on our behalf before the powers that be. This took many hours of his time and too many e-mails to count. Thank you, Jim.
Amelia W. — she helped Nick with his Java-script programming, and was always the final authority on grammar and spelling. Thank you, Amelia.
Richard W. — who helped our team learn Dreamweaver, and helped keep us on track, when we were in danger of falling off. Thank you, Richard for all you help.
Steven B. — who helped our team members learn Flash, so that we could make our interactive game. He is one of our unsung heroes. Thank you, Steven for all your patience and help.
Tina P. — a dear friend and cheerleader. She would occasionally stop by our chats, and cheer us on when our spirits were flagging, and give us the encouragement we needed to go on. Thanks Tina, for your being your happy, cheerful self.
Our families — we thank all of you for putting up with us and our obsession for the last few months. It wasn’t always easy, and you were always supportive and helpful. Thanks so much, we appreciate it.
The Thinkquest staff and Oracle — thank you all for offering this incredible opportunity to make a website of significance. We hope that we have done that, and we thank all of you for making this possible.
