ORANGE RECIPE
Preparation: 1 HOUR - Difficulty: LOW - Cost: AVERAGE
Ingredients for 6 people:
-250 grams of shortcrust pastry
-250 grams of orange jam
-1 egg yolk
-1/2 cup of cream
-1 spoonful of grated orange zest
- 2 spoonfuls orange blossom water
PREPARATION:
Cover a mould with butter and then spread the shortcrust pastry over it. Mix and beat the yolk and the cream as well as the orange blossom water. Then add the jam and the grated orange zest and mix well and pour into the mould. If some of the pastry is left over, cut it into strips and cover the pies in a lattice form. Introduce in a preheated oven (190º) and cook for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool and then decorate with orange slices.
