Fennel And Fresh Orange Salad
SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
1. Arrange orange and fennel slices on 4 salad plates.
2. To make dressing, whisk together olive oil, orange juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and divide evenly among the salads.
3. Garnish individual salads with a few reserved fennel leaves and serve immediately.
4 peeled and thinly sliced oranges
2 small bulbs of fennel
1/4 cc of extra-virgin olive oil (preferably mallorcan olive oil)
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 clove finely minced garlic
