This is how to make reverb-o-phones:

Materials:

2 paper cups

1 20-30 foot-long piece of string (kite string is ideal)

2 paper clips

Metal coat hanger

Tools:

Pencil

Wire cutters

Scissors

1) Using the pencil pierce a small hole in the bottom of each of your cups.

2) Tread one end of the string though the bottom of each cup so the end is inside the cup.

3) Attach a paper clip to either end of the string to prevent the string from coming out of the cups.

4) Using the wire cutters snip off the twisted top of the coat hangers.

5) Next halve the sting with scissors then tie the sting to each side of the coat hanger.

6) To use these you will need to find a friend to play with. Take turns talking and listening to each other by stretching the cups tightly. If you want to play with tree people then the extra person can bang on the coat hanger with something like a pencil while you and your friend listens through the cups!
