But even though it is so important, most people do not even know the real reasons for slavery, or the process. There are many reasons that people do not know, or do not care about these facts. Some people just do not want to believe that something so horrible could have taken place, or they just do not care about history. The truth is that the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade was a very real and complicated event, which had many reasons and processes to it.
