We believe that young people, as well as their parents, should know about the true events that took place during the transatlantic slave trade. Also, they should know that slavery is still taking place today and is just referred to by other names such as human trafficking, sex slavery or even child slavery for example. It is our hope that people find out the truth about what happened in the past, and what is happening now. The names may have changed, but the innocent people are not being protected.
