The most common type of bullying is verbal bullying. This occurs when the victim is threatened or abused with words. The bully will call the victim names and put him down. Victims are usually the center of rumors, threats and criticism. They are verbally assaulted for seemingly no reason at all and are left feeling alone and hopeless.
