Right time for arranging tocher:
It's obvious that arraying the bride's tocher must be done before the marriage.
On the other hand bringing and arranging the bride's tocher is based on their house if it is ready or not. If their house is ready it's better to arrange and decorate the house one week before the wedding ceremony. This may help them to find out what is needed to buy before they engage themselves with ceremony's programs and they have enough time to buy the things which are not prepared yet and their losses are obvious.
By doing that there isn’t going to be any undercurrent between buying necessary things which are forgotten to being purchased before and the preparations for upcoming ceremony and its not going to make both families mostly bride and groom tired and stressful and everything's going on according to the program and with such discipline and order.
