Grandmother and father patalchti, some people many think that grandmothers and grand fathers didn't have patalchties ceremony.
They even had more magnificent ceremony from the morning till night and it used to have different parts. During those days this ceremony wed to start from down till some hours after snset.

It’s a tradition that morning of the third day after the wedding , the newly weds go to the house of bride's father. Bride and groom first malce an appointment with bride's father by calling him and bride's mother invites them for dinner.
This ceremony mostly holds because groom wants to thanlc brtde's family mostly his mother –in- low and so it's a start of close relations and
In fact by this ceremony , bride and groom's first relationship and association begin.
To greet mother-in- low:

During our grandmothers and fathers time , third day after the wedding day they used to hold a ceremony which was called (to greet mother –in- low)
And in this feast they didn't serve dinner of lunch but only fruits, sweets and syrups and we hospitality a as so great.

Said"what,s making you cry?" I surrendered you to the most tolerant & sapient man & then look at Imam Ali & asked him: What do you think about your wife? His cousin held his head down & with an innocent embarrassment answered: My wife is an excellent partner & yokefellow for me to walk towards God.
Then Prophet asked the same question from his daughter & she answered by repeating his husbands sentence.
Then prophet said farewells & left bride chamber.
