Cooking Ka-chi

Preparing Ka-chi
Amount of muterials for cooking kachi is up to number of guests. We should con template this important point that in this kind of kachi must have mor oil than usual.in a way that the oil stars on the kachi Because from the an cient time they belieed they belieed that the pouer of kuch is in its oil. And some ceen use butter and uninals oil.
Necessary materials :
Cornmeal or pudding: 1 cup sugar
sugar : 2 times more than flour
Oil:1\4 amount of the flour.
Butter:25 grams for each cup of flour
Rose water: 1/2 amomt of the flour.
Grind saffron:1cup of tea for each cup of flour
Grind cardamom : 1 cup of tea for each cup of flour.
Dlmond, walnut, grind pistachio : 50 grams for each cup of flour
At first we start by sieving corn and rice twice. And then slowly fry it until the colon gets gold . we should keep in mind that during this stage we should mix it burned. Then we dissolve sugar in 5 glass of hot water. And boil it until it gets. And let it boil with mild heat and during that time we should mix it with wooden splatter saffron wust be grined and then mix with rose water and cardamom. And pour it in suger water. Then add this mixture to the flour which is now has been finished boiling with oil. Mix it until. It looks crumby and doughy. And then put the mixture on a mild heat until the oil comes up and stands on our kachi. Pour the mixture into a bowl. And then decorate it with almond , walnut and pistachio put it in a cool place to get cold. It this stage Do not put it in re frigerator. While the kachi is hot Atlention:with 2 cup of flour, only 2 kachi can be made
