Preparation
1. Cut ham and cheese to fit the size of bread.
2. Butter the bread, and place a slice of both ham and cheese on each slice.
3. Close sandwiches and butter the top.
4. Take a bowl and mix milk and grated cheese. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
5. Spread mix on top of each Croque-Monsieur.
6. Put in an oven preheated to 425°F (220°C), for 10 minutes, until cheese has melted and is golden.
