Preparation
* serves six
1. In a casserole dish, heat water with salt & pepper.
2. Upon boiling, add meat, bones, and veggies (excluding cabbage & garlic).
3. Turn heat down. Cook for 5 hrs.
4. Add cabbage & garlic in 1 hour before the 5 hrs. cooking period ends.
5. Serve meat & veggies together w/ sauce.
