Preparation

1. Melt butter over low heat in saucepan. Cook slowly until soften for 5 mins.
2. Stir in flour. Add sour cream. Cook for 2 mins.
3. Add cheeses and cook. Stir until mix is smooth.
4. Add chives. Sprinkle pepper to season.
5. Pour fondue over fondue pot. Place over lit burner.
6. Spear sausauge and potatoes with skewers. Fondue forks can be used. Dip in fondue!
