What Happens if There is Laughter in the Classroom

Hypothesis
We predicted that, creativity, level of engagement, energy level and interaction with teacher and peers will be increased and/or when there is laughter in the classroom.

Experiment
Students watched 5-10 minute movie clips (America's Funniest Home Videos and Mr. Bean) in the morning or snack time and the following criteria were evaluated: depth of thought/attentiveness as an indicator of level of engagement, general mood, interaction with teachers, interaction with peers, creativity, and energy level.
The same criteria were evaluated when no video clips were watched during the dayThe teacher scored the students in each of the areas of interest.
