Interior Design began as a profession but now it is so much more. Many people view interior design as an art. There are many different reasons for believing this from “interior design is boring as entertainment” to “the concept is entirely original.” As art, interior design shows how people express themselves and shows how you can put artistic expression into the design of your room. Interior Design also uses general art supplies, such as paint, sketches, and drawings and art elements. Several elements are form, mass, shape, line, color, texture, and pattern.

Entertainment?

Although there are all of these reasons to believe interior design is an art, there are also many reasons interior design is an entertainment. For example, many television shows feature interior design as a theme. People also find it enjoyable to design rooms for fun. As an entertainment interior design is inspiring many people who enjoy interior design as entertainment to pursuit the profession and explore the art.

Interior design is a profession which many people practice in the entertainment career as well as the art career. It can be enjoyed and practiced daily.
