Child Labor in Mongolia

Mongolia is the third most child labored country in Central Asia. Mongolia also has the worst forms of Child Labor. Child Labor in Mongolia mainly occurs in its economy, animal herding, and mining. In total there are about 145 million young workers in all of Mongolia. There are a large number of children in Mongolia because the children where possibly left be their parents or their parents both work. Mongolia's main focus on children is to fix the main issues of children in labor of Mongolia. Its government cannot do much to help these children because of the large number of children throughout Mongolia who are in Labor.

ILO was working to stop child labor for over 125 years to stop child labor completely, make more rights for the children, a cleaner environment, and healthier children. mainly in informal economy in Mongolia. children mainly worked hard in mining, factories, agriculture, and quarries. no child labor in mongolia. until 1990 because of population increased news reports today show child labor in Mongolia and other countries. programs started paying more attention to the problem beginning year 2000. giant population all over Asia. by 2002, ILO's goal was to change the environment of the children as a start to stop child labor. programs also had a goal to PREVENT child labor to completely eliminate child labor.
