Science of Salt
Most people see salt as the white stuff that you dump out of the shaker and put on your food to make it taste... well, salty! Even though that is salt, it's not the only form. Depending on the chemical composition of salt, the color, taste, etc. can change. Did you know that most American's put salt on their food before even tasting it? Well, it's true. Did you know that doing that might cause you to get a heart attack? Well, that's true too. Most foods contain a lot of salt, and getting too much salt in your diet can be bad for you.
