Some time during the twelvth century, poverty wasn't a rare sight. During this time, many peoples suffered from water shortage or being homeless. Before these Mongols knew, a new light shined. it was the start of an empire, the Mongolian Empire (A.D. 1206-1263). The Mongolian Empire was started and ruled by Genghis Khan by uniting all of the tribes together. After Genghis Khan passed away, his relatives, who were his sons and grandsons, ruled for him. They ruled the empire with mostly warfare, keeping it strongly protected. Almost everyone throughout the area that was under the rule of the empire was found fortunate. This meant that during the Mongolian Empire, the people under its power weren't under any poverty. Mostly everything was kept calm, until the seventeenth century came. It was at that time when there was the empire in decline. Also, some wars against the noyons of the Mongols helped lead to the empire's fall. After the fall of the empire, the people of Mongolia were under poverty once more.
