Liberation

Liberation is a way to relieve suffering and stress. Liberation means to get equal rights of someone else. For example, Sidhartha Gautama (Buddha) left his castle because he didn’t want any luxuries because the world was suffering. Liberation starts with us observing our roots such as - what are we doing? What is making us do things? What do we believe? What do we worship? What’s important? Buddhism is about friendship. A Buddhist teacher is just an experienced spiritual friend that guides you. A Buddhist teacher isn’t more religious then you are. Buddhist is all in it together. They help them overcome and achieve liberation. They try to become equal to everybody and not have great privileges while other people are suffering.
