counselors- a person who counsels, someone to talk to when you have a problem
couriers- a messenger carrying news or important papers, sometimes they carry drugs
depression- a state of excessive sadness or hopelessness

influence-the power to produce effects on others
inhibitions- repression of or resistance to instinct or impulse or feeling
injury- damage or loss sustained especially of a body part

metal detector- an item used to detect metal
murder- to kill unlawfully and intentionally
neglect- to pay too little attention to, intentionally or unintentionally
nicotine- a poisonous substance found in tobacco
neurotransmitters- a chemical substance such  as acetylcholine or dopamine that transmits  nerve impulses across a synapse in the brain
racial discrimination- discriminatory or abusive behavior towards members of another race 
self-assurance- self confidence
serotonin- neurotransmitter involved in sleep and depression and memory
statistics- an item of information expressed in numbers
V-chips- a system on a TV that allows parents to control what their children watch
vandalize- to destroy or damage willfully
victim- a person who is injured killed by another or as the result of an occurrence
violence-force that causes damage or injury to another
weapons- any instrument or device used in fighting
