About Us
We are the Horicon Van Brunt Middle School
ThinkQuest team. Our team includes Kathy, Morgan, Cody, Hannah,
Nick, and Nicole. Our coach is Mrs. Southworth. We
have worked well together and
didn't disagree much. When there was a disagreement, we would vote to
decide things, put names in a hat, or we would talk about it to see if
it was a good idea. Morgan did the "Violence Around the World" page and
worked on
the bullying page, plus several other pages. Cody did the "Television
Violence" page. Nick did
the "Video Game Violence" page. Kathy did the "Where to Get Help"
page and worked on other pages. Hannah did the page on "Family Abuse".
Nicole did the "Drug and Alcohol Abuse" page, the bully play and
another
part of the bullying page. As a group we did
the remaining pages. We
really enjoyed making the games together! We learned a lot about the
challenges that face many teens and it has made us more aware of the
importance of learning how to compromise and support each together.
