Chad has 3% of it's land cultivated. Fish and plants are some of chads few natural resources. Natron, or sodium carbonate is the only mineral extractedin important quantities.Unexploited minerals are petroleum and uranium. Ohter mineral resources include tungsten, tin, bauxite, gold, iron ore, and titanium.
