4 Applicable dissolved oxygen level is 4.0 mg/1 during May through November. Fish and Wildlife fecal coliform bacteria criteria at paragraph 10‑.09(5)(e)(7) are applicable year‑round. For the purpose of establishing effluent limitations pursuant to Chapter 335‑6‑6 of the Department’s regulations, the minimum 7‑day low flow that occurs in 10 years (7Q10) shall be the basis for applying the chronic aquatic life criteria.
