How The Final Rating Is Found
After the scientist and the people have gotten their average they take both numbers and
average them together. Once they have gotten the final average, they will write books, newspaper
stories, and newsflashes about the rating. It seems pretty easy reading about how to do it, but once you try
in real life, you will be amazed that someone can actually do it. You will run into all kinds of
problems like people not wanting to vote, people saying that you are telling other people what
they voted when you really are not, and much more.
