Here are some exersices(sugested by Mr. Mark) kids are capable of doing.


     PLANK:  A plank works your stomach. It tightens it helping create abs.
                       


                          Push up: In a push up you start at a lower position and use your arm stengh to push your body up. It is a continuous process.                                                                    
               

                     Spiderman walk: In this workout you stay in this position. It helps your back and sholders along with your legs and thighs.
                            



               Lunge: When you do a lunge you mostly work your thighs and legs.  You walk across the floor swithching legs each time.
