Incredible Veggie Bowls
Prep Time: About 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 green, yellow, or red bell pepper, washed
1 carrot washed, peeled
1 bunch of celery, washed
Your favorite salad dressing
Directions:
Cut the bell pepper in half from side to side.
There should be two pieces of pepper; one of them will be your pepper shaped bowl.
Cut the other pepper halve into skinny slices.
Next, cut the carrot into long, skinny, pieces about 4” long.
Also, cut the celery sticks so they will be about 4” long too.
Pour a little bit of your favorite salad dressing into the pepper bowl.
Put the celery sticks, carrot sticks, and the remaining pepper into the bowl.
Do not forget to add salad dressing on the top of your snack!
Now you have a healthy snack on the go!
