Prevention is the way you make sure you stay away from the diseases. On this page we are going to show you how to prevent you're self from the disease obesity by showing you what to eat and how to eat it. Also we will see what exercises you can do to stay healthy.


Obesity has been growing threw out many years and to prevent obesity children need to be happy, eat right and exercise. Many children have a high risk of dying, or all ready have. Almost one third of children will be obese in 2010.The top three obese countries are North America, Australia, and Europe. In each place about 60% of adults are obese or have some type of obesity. The children are even worse. About 40% of girls are obese and about 29% of boys all ranging from 5 to 18. Obesity causes many diseases like, risk of heart attack, stroke, type two diabetes, cardiovascular disease, depression and musculoskeletal disease.
We can change this by teaching and learning how to eat healthy. That is what parents have been doing wrong. They have been teaching their children to eat the wrong types of food. By eating everything on the food pyramid and the right amount of food from the pyramid we can live longer healthier lives. The food pyramid is what people, no madder what age they are, they need to eat. Having the right food digested and extra weight burned, is how to keep you in healthy shape. Eating healthy is one of them ways you need to do to prevent Obesity and the diseases caused by Obesity.
Having the right amount of exercise can and will really affect your weight. Without exercise we would not burn or eliminate the calories you digest from foods you eat. Exercise is merely eliminating calories by perspiration, also know as sweating. Everything you do burns calories. Having a hard test at school can burn calories, even just thinking burns calories. So when people go to the gum, they are just burning more calories than you already have. Exercise is also a big way to stay fit and healthy.
Most people think the ways to stay healthy are just exercising and eating healthily. But there is another way to stay fit. What’s your motivation to be healthy? Keeping a happy mind is they way to go. A saying people say is “mind over matter”. This statement is true. If you want a triple chocolate sundae every night, have at it. But to stay healthy, you shouldn’t have it every night maybe every once in a while. Really it’s good to have sugar in you diet, sugar helps to grow brain tissue. So to be healthy have a happy mind and stay fit.
Obesity is a growing matter and if we bring it out into the light, we can change the bad habits of people. To prevent obesity, you need to eat right get active and have a happy mind. Everywhere you are, you’re seeing obese people. But we can change this if we prevent it from even happing.
