too much fat is added to your body continuously. Being obese is very unhealthy and can be related to diabetes, bulimia, and can even be related to anorexia, a disease in which you are extremely underweight. People get anorexic when they donít eat because they think they are overweight or obese. To avoid these diseases and more, you could go on a diet using the food pyramid. The food pyramid shows you what and how much food you should eat to remain healthy. The sections of the pyramid classify all foods. The groups are sweets, dairy, meats and nuts, vegetables, fruits, bread, and water. The sweets category should be eaten rarely. The fatness in the sweets trail through the digestive system and build up around your stomach, and is even stored in other places such as your ears. On the other hand, the fruit and veggie groups should be eaten 2- 3 times a day. Fruits and veggies are good for you, even with natural sugars. The natural sugars are separated from the waste of food and scattered in your bloodstream for energy. Two other groups, the dairy and the meat and nuts group should be eaten 2- 4 times a day. They provide vitamins that help you grow strong. The other two groups are the largest. The bread and water group. You should eat 6-9 servings of bread and 8-11 servings of water each day. People that dont follow this can become unhealthy if just one group is eaten. If sweets are eaten the most you will become obese. Childhood obesity is definintly something to watch for. Some girls even enter menstruation earliy because of obesity or mal-nutrition. Other results could be type two diabetes and more. To help kids stay healthy, some organisations are created to help kids make good food choices. One organisation is the veggie U program. They help kids get a habbit of eating veggies. They show kids several ways to cook and plant different veggies that are good for them. After several weeks of this process many kids state that now they would rather have veggies as a snack than salty or sugary snacks
Being overweight could be from genetics, lack of exercise, eating disorders and not being healthy. One key thing that makes people obese is that is the lack of exercise. Everyone should do little exercise each day, because that little change will make a big impact on your body. Adults and children could ride a bike, swim, run, or even dance for their exercise. It is a good thing for people to have a sport because they look forward to working out and getting fit by playing a baseball game or another. There are many areas you workout on your body. Hips, chest, thigh, shoulders, back and, much more, but you need to figure out how much exercise is right for you. Talk to your doctor for the right amount of exercise. Most people do 30 to 60 minutes a day 4 to 6 days a week, but to stay healthy and fit you also need to eat right with very little sweets, and fats for a healthy lifestyle!
