Next on the page is the written directions. They are more detailed and more described than the picture directions below them. The picture directions only show some steps of the whole process. We also include the servings for each of the recipes .

Snacks between meals are important to have the extra energy, health,  performance in school and  in sports. People should have healthy snacks because bad snacks might slow you down and be high in fat and calories. To keep your energy, avoid eating the high fating foods that will slow you down. Instead, eat  a peach, a pear, a orange,a  yogurt,  some cheese,a glass of milk, some veggies,or anything that contributes to healthy diet.
