The Vladimirskaya Church (of the Vladimir's Icon of Our Lady)
(1802-1805)
According to the legend, the first wooden Vladimirskaya church was built in 1718 by the money given by "the holy fool" Danilushka, who gathered it through alms-giving. It was consecrated at first in 1723 and after the reconstruction in 1729. In 1775 a stone church was built at the same site. Since 1934 it has remained a cathedral with unique architecture. In 1998 services were reintroduced here.
